Truck Driver Training
Safety, quality, professionalism!
Students in the Truck Driver Training Program develop a working knowledge of commercial vehicle operations, air brake systems, safety practices and DOT rules and regulations. If you want to experience range and road driving and practical application of skills used in highway driving; and work side by side with professionals toward a Class A CDL, then CKTC’s Truck Driver Training Program and CDL school is for you! Truck driver training at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center is a high-demand program area. We have an excellent CDL program and our experts can also train you in the areas of bus driver training, forklift driver training, safety training, log training, defensive driver training and load securement.
The trucking industry continues to be a major employer in the United States, with almost 9 million people employed in trucking-related jobs. More than 80% of U.S. cities receive their goods exclusively from trucks.

Industry & Safety Training
CKTC’s Industry and Safety Training helps develop a proficient and safe workforce with the industry technical skills needed to achieve more for your company.
Log Book Training
It is easy to become complacent or forgetful on filling out log books. Drivers logs are not inspected daily by the Department of Transportation (DOT), and so it can become a task that is continually put to the wayside and falls off your list of priorities. But that can come back to haunt you later on. So let us help with your training to make this task more effective and efficient.
Defensive Driver Training
Let us help you mitigate your risk and improve your safety record, get started today at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center!
Load Securement Training
Unfortunately, unsecured loads often don’t get realized until a driver gets stopped or a load comes undone during transport. So, Caddo Kiowa Technology Center added Load Securement training to its CDL program.
